Mixed Berry + Mango Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are perfect for those who’d rather not make breakfast the morning of or those who are always on the go. Overnight oats are easily customizable so there’s no worry of ever getting bored
I’ve even taken a batch of overnight oats to the airport with me. Best decision ever.
Mixed Berry + Mango Overnight Oats
A healthy & hearty breakfast that is ready before you wake up. It’s perfect at home or on the go. I encourage you to mix and match to design overnight oats with your favorite flavors!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup nut milk I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp choice of seeds I used chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit I used mixed berry and mango
- 1/4 cup fresh fruit (if available)
- 1 tbsp shaved almonds
- 1/2 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- drizzle of honey to taste I add the honey before serving
Instructions
- Add the oats, nut milk & chia seeds.
- Then you can go ahead and add the frozen fruit/fresh fruit. After this is a good time to top off with the shaved almonds, nut butter, & cinnamon. As stated above, I’d recommend adding the honey upon serving.
