How To Make A Golden Milk Turmeric Latte
This is a healthy, decaffeinated drink filled with valuable nutrients. The turmeric latte is perfect for on the go or at home.
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk I use almond milk
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- honey to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blending source (I use a Magic Bullet) or into a saucepan on low heat.If you plan to drink this over ice, I recommend preparing in a blending source.
- Blend or whisk the ingredients until frothy. This will take about 20 seconds using the Magic Bullet. Whisking may take a bit longer.
- IF SERVING HOT:Pour from the Magic Bullet into a saucepan and warm over low heat. This will take about 4 minutes or less. If already using a saucepan over heat, another minute will suffice.
IF SERVING COLD:Pour directly from Magic Bullet directly into a Mason Jar with ice. (I like using a Mason Jar because it is easy to give another shake to increase the froth after sitting).
